Joining forces - MyComplianceOffice has acquired Pythagoras

MyComplianceOffice (MCO), a global provider of a compliance management software platform, has acquired Pythagoras, a Swiss compliance software provider. The acquisition enables MyComplianceOffice and Pythagoras to combine their strengths and resources. This complements the existing product range, enables further developments and expands the company's presence in the global market.

The goal is the Integrated Compliance Product Suite

Pythagoras has agreed to the acquisition with the aim of becoming the world's leading provider of an Integrated Compliance Product Suite. The Pythagoras KYC and AML solutions complement the MCO portfolio perfectly. This means that MCO and Pythagoras Solutions together form a unique holistic platform for compliance requirements of all kinds. In addition, the corporate cultures and objectives are the same. Both MCO and Pythagoras put customer needs first and this acquisition will enable both companies to expand globally.

What the acquisition means for customers

The acquisition is effective immediately. The two companies have initiated the process that will lead to the integration of their activities and products. This change will have no impact on Pythagoras' customers. Customers of both companies can expect a smooth transition and continued high standards of service and innovation.
