Your Mission
As an Application Support Engineer, you serve as the crucial link between our cutting-edge technology and our clients’ success. You will work closely with customers and prospects, configure tailored solutions, and optimize existing systems. You will lead implementation projects and collaborate with our international team. Your expertise drives the technical and functional advancement of our solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements.
Your Responsibilities
· Serve as a trusted contact for customers and prospects—from needs analysis through to successful implementation.
· Analyze and enhance our existing solutions for clients, identifying new optimization opportunities.
· Plan and execute implementation projects collaboratively with your colleagues at Pythagoras.
· Collect market and competitive insights and contribute your ideas to the ongoing development of our products.
· Provide continuous technical and functional support to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Your Profile
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT management, computer science, or business informatics.
· 1–3 years of experience in a comparable, client-oriented technical role is an advantage.
· Native German speaker with excellent business English skills (B2+); additional languages are a plus.
· Strong communicator, proactive, and passionate about working with customers.
· Team player with an analytical mindset, commitment to quality, and a results-driven approach.
